An experienced transactional attorney with a primary focus on commercial leasing and corporate business law, Sheldon Braun’s practice includes the negotiation and drafting of a wide array of transactional documentation, including sophisticated commercial leases and complex purchase and sale agreements.

A certified public accountant, Sheldon advises clients on a range of legal and business issues.  Additionally, he serves as outside general counsel to numerous companies in the retail, service and food service industries.

Sheldon is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and The Florida Bar.  He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sheldon obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Illinois.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago where he served on the Editorial Board and published an article for the Loyola Law Review.

Sheldon is admitted to practice in Illinois and Florida.
