In September of 1986, Sheldon Braun founded the Law Offices of Sheldon Braun (now known as Braun, Browne & Associates, P.C.). In October of 1990, Glenn A. Browne joined the firm. In January of 1996, Mr. Braun and Mr. Browne formed Braun, Browne & Associates, P.C.

The firm’s practice is comprised of four distinct areas of the law: (i) the representation of national, regional and local retailers that operate principally in shopping centers throughout the United States and internationally, as well as the representation of developers/owners of commercial real estate in the acquisition, financing, leasing, management and disposition of properties; (ii) the representation of the owners of closely held businesses, providing a full range of legal services to said owners and their businesses; (iii) the representation of individuals and entities in commercial, industrial, office, and residential real estate transactions and the purchase, sale and financing of businesses and assets; and (iv) the representation of lenders in the structuring of real estate and asset secured loans.
